Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner

When we get disconnected from ourselves, we get lost. The purpose of therapy is to connect us back to ourselves.
My great passion is to show the possibility of healing people. I guide clients to find a healthy connection to themselves and have compassion, so they can know themselves as peaceful, whole and safe.
I am a registered trauma-informed Clinical Counsellor, certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner, and psychedelic integration guide. My work integrates somatic awareness, nervous system understanding, and depth-oriented inquiry to support people in reconnecting with their bodies and emotions.
I take a holistic psychosomatic approach to trauma, drawing from the different modalities I have studied and practiced over the years. I believe no single method fits everyone, and I aim to meet each person where they are in their healing process.
Over the past seven years, I have worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relational wounds, and life transitions, offering a compassionate space to explore the patterns and protective strategies that shape our lives.
In addition to counselling, I facilitate breathwork, retreats, and psychedelic preparation and integration support, helping people translate meaningful insights into lasting change.
