PsyQi Program
At Qi Integrated Health, our PsyQi program was created for people ready to explore deeper, supported approaches to healing using alternative medicines.
Grounded in emerging research and clinical best practices, PsyQi offers K.A.T. within a structured, professional setting, guided by licensed practitioners and supported every step of the way.
The PsyQi program is legal, licensed, and insured, and may be eligible for coverage under extended health benefits.
Alternative medicine therapy works differently than traditional talk therapy. Rather than focusing only on conscious processing, K.A.T. may support:
For some, this can open the door to breakthroughs that previously felt out of reach.

PsyQi is a comprehensive therapeutic process designed for safety, depth, and lasting change.
This includes:

These types of approaches are often explored by individuals who:
For those who serve on the front lines: police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and veterans, the impact of repeated exposure to high-stress and traumatic situations can build over time.

Healing work this meaningful deserves a team you can truly trust. At PsyQi, every step of your journey is held by a skilled, multidisciplinary group of professionals — medical doctors, psychiatrists, registered counsellors, and nurse facilitators — all trained in the safe and therapeutic use of K.A.T.
Our programs are led by Dr. Pamela Kryskow, Medical Director, alongside Dr. Birgitta Woods, Staff Psychiatrist, and overseen by Mark Haden, Clinical Supervisor. Your therapeutic preparation and integration is guided by our team of Clinical Counsellors, and your sessions are supported in-person by dedicated Nurse Facilitators — so you are never alone in the room.
We bridge the gap between clinical safety and compassionate, human care — because feeling held matters—just as much as the medicine itself.
