Peter believes deeply in the resilience of all human beings and the capacity of each individual to flourish. Drawing on years of organizational leadership, clinical experience, and education, 

Peter works in a client-centered and collaborative way that is unique to each client. This pragmatic approach allows him to support clients as they process the past, explore the present, and navigate with hope toward the future. He is passionate about connection and "with-ness" in his work with clients, and faithfully journeying with each client in their work.

Peter has been working in the field of mental health for 18 years in a wide variety of settings, including many years working with vulnerable people in Vancouver's Downtown East Side and in his private practice. During this time he has worked with minors, adults, couples, and families with issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and existential concerns. Peter combines a commitment to the fundamentals of the therapeutic process with a curiosity toward developing modalities to provide the best possible care for his clients.

Peter is a Registered Clinical Counselor with a Master's Degree in Counselling, a Master's Degree in Theological Studies, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. He has additional education in Psychedelic Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems.
