Bowen Therapy

Bowen therapy is a gentle and relaxing body treatment that balances the nervous system. It allows the body to reset, repair and heal through a series of rolling hand movements on specific muscles and tendons.

Bowen therapy acts on the autonomic nervous system by inhibiting the sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight response) and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest response). It is safe and can be done on anyone.
