Sina Ghoddous
Sina graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in August 2025. His approach to care is calm, patient-centred, and grounded in a deep respect for how the body adapts and heals. He believes meaningful change happens when patients feel safe, supported, and understood. Sina takes time to listen carefully and explain things clearly, helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
Sina’s clinical interests include calming the nervous system, introducing movement to ease chronic pain, and supporting patients with posture-related tension, athletic demands, and stress-driven patterns. He primarily uses Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, adapting each treatment to match the patient’s goals and comfort level.
Before pursuing massage therapy, Sina was always drawn to sports and human movement. His passion for longevity and health grew when he began resistance training, and studying anatomy and clinical concepts during his RMT education brought everything together—solidifying his path into therapeutic practice.
Outside the clinic, Sina enjoys playing soccer, going on outdoor adventures with his cat, and exploring new foods across Vancouver. He believes that a more comfortable, balanced body supports a happier mind, and he brings this philosophy into every treatment he provides.
