Cheyenne Ling

Struggling to trust others or keep repeating the same relationship patterns? I support individuals in understanding and working through past wounds, fear, and emotional overwhelm so they can build secure and fulfilling connections. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may have shaped your present patterns, emotions, and sense of safety, helping you understand yourself more deeply and create more authentic ways of relating. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned how important it is to have a welcoming space where you can openly express yourself without judgment.

I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and experience working in both the non-profit sector and private practice. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, recognizing the profound impact past experiences can have on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I believe every emotion holds a valuable message. Using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we will explore your feelings, process past experiences, and compassionately connect with your inner parts to foster balance, inner harmony, and more meaningful relationships.

I approach every therapeutic relationship with cultural humility, valuing your unique identity and experiences. I believe that within you exists the inherent capacity to heal, and I hope to support you in facilitating this process. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would love to connect and hear your story.
