Chiropractic manipulation therapy is a safe, gentle and painless technique where a carefully controlled pressure is applied to a joint to encourage better movement.
Restoration, realignment, and relief.
Chiropractic therapy is THE SCIENCE of detecting the source of muscular and skeletal injury, and THE ART of restoring the precise equilibrium that allows the body to fully function and to heal.
Active Release Technique (A.R.T)
Active Release Technique or A.R.T. is a hands-on therapy, a form of myofascial release, that addresses the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. It is an excellent treatment option for sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, or injuries sustained in a car accident.
Scar tissue can form in muscles over time, from a sudden injury, or from repetitive strain. A.R.T. uses motion to lengthen the muscles, while the scarred tissue is held in place, thus gradually breaking down the scar tissue to be absorbed into the body’s blood stream. The body will then lay down new muscle fibers, in the proper alignment for the body’s health.

Custom Foot Orthotics
When we walk, the foot naturally rolls from inward (pronation) to outward (supination). When one of these foot motions is exaggerated problems can occur in the feet or further up the chain of the body into the knees, hips, back and even up to the neck.
An orthotic is an insert that is put into your shoe, which corrects abnormal movement patterns of the feet. A foam cast of your foot is made, with specific designs made for your problem so that each orthotic is custom fit for each person. Sports injuries, foot pain, toe pain, foot fatigue and more can be helped by custom foot orthotics.

BioFlex Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy, is a safe and pain-free way to treat injuries and many musculoskeletal conditions. This technology speeds up the body’s natural healing process through a cascade of complex physiological reactions; this results in increased cellular regeneration, increased ATP (energy) production, and the release of endorphins (the body’s natural pain killers). This therapy is curative, resulting in improved joint mobility, reduced inflammation, and ultimately the elimination of symptoms such as pain.
Conditions commonly treated by laser therapy:
Soft tissue injuries
Repetitive stress injuries
Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rotator cuff injuries
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Post-operative pain and scars
Back and neck pain
Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
Shingles and Postherpetic neuralgia
Wounds and ulcers secondary to diabetes and atherosclerosis
How Does It Work?
During a cold laser therapy session, a light source is placed directly on the skin, allowing light energy (photons) to penetrate the injured tissue. This energy interacts with molecules within each cell, resulting in improved cell function and tissue healing. Each treatment builds on the last, and over several sessions, laser therapy can reduce pain and inflammation and speed up the body’s healing process.
How Long Does a Treatment Take?
Treatment time ranges from 15 minutes to over 1 hour, depending on the area being treated.
