Acutonics

The use of sound frequencies and vibrations to treat illness dates back thousands of years to ancient Oriental and Near Eastern cultures. Today this treatment is still being employed to adjust human energy flow. Using special tuning forks, vibration frequencies are applied to acutonic points along the body. When applied in combination, multiple instruments can produce specific musical intervals to stimulate the release and movement of energy to areas in need of healing and repair.

The most common story when somebody comes to see me, is that they have tried other modalities and nothing has helped. TCM is often turned to as a last resort. After a round of treatments a common response is “I wish I had tried this sooner”. I am constantly blown away by this medicine’s ability to heal. I enjoy helping patients who are working with pain, depression/anxiety, stress, weight loss, women’s issues including fertility, pre and post labour treatment, cancer treatment and chemotherapy support and digestive health. I take my time in order to fully understand your picture of health, so we can work together to have you functioning optimally.

I have enjoyed completing a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and the five year diploma of Doctir of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Along the way, I have gained experience as a personal trainer and yoga teacher as well as completing an internship at the Tzu Chi hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. These experiences have given me an understanding as to how your body works on both a physical and energetic level. I’m here to help YOU.
