Your brain is hard at work forming pathways necessary for learning and memories and new insights. A lack of sleep can affect your behaviour and cause mood problems. There are cognitive benefits to play for people of all ages. Social interaction of playing with family and friends can help ward off stress and depression, stimulate the mind, and boost creativity. Play can boost energy, vitality. We want to find strategies to incorporate play in your life and help you feel your best.
We’ve long known that that obesity, high blood pressure, and diabetes are conditions directly influenced by diet. Current research on the microbiome have found that food is associated with anemia, depression, learning and behavioral problems, and gut health.
